This is a Laser cut MDF and Card kit which contains 93 parts.
Card backing for windows is provided for ease of painting.
Kit includes a 37 part addon kit for a fire escape. The fire escape can be fitted to the rear of the building or either right or left hand side.

Building floors are not modular, static building only

The Kit is supplied UNPAINTED and UNASSEMBLED.
